Are Returns Accepted?
Yes, we accept returns under most conditions. These conditions are outlined below in greater detail. So long as your return meets the following requirements the process should be hassle free.
Returned products must be in reasonable condition. Products that have been soldered, crashed or damaged by abuse are ineligible for return for a full refund. Damage from crashes, incorrectly connected or improperly powered electronics will not be returnable.
Requests for return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. No requests received after this period will generally be accepted for refund. We may, at our sole discretion, offer other options. These options may include exchange, replacement or product substitution.
If returning a product for refund, all retail packaging and accessories are required to be included. Examples of retail packaging and accessories include (but are not limited to) product manuals, cables and branded packaging.
In cases where it can be determined the product is DOA, we will cover 100% of the return and re-delivery shipping cost. If the product is being returned for reasons other than defect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
