What are your shipping rates? (Domestic)

For domestic shipments our rates are set by the postal service and your shipping options and cost can be viewed in the cart before checkout. Smaller items cost $1.96 for shipping and larger items shipping rates start at $5.25 for First Class Packages.

What are your shipping rates? (International)

For international shipments our rates are set by USPS and most shipping options and cost can be viewed in the cart before checkout. If you would like to arrange alternate shipping options on an international order, please email us at support@speedyfpv.com

What is the handling time on my purchase?

Typical handling times are 1-2 business days, if your handling time will be longer than 2 business days you will receive notification. Over 95% of all orders are processed within 1 business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, most First Class packages arrive in 2-4 business days, while most Priority Mail packages arrive in 1-3 business days. For international orders, please check the estimated delivery time provided by USPS at checkout. These delivery times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are provided whenever an order is shipped. If you create an account you can view previous orders placed as well as the current status of any order. You can view detailed tracking information from your order history page.

How long do Lithium Ion batteries take to arrive?

Lithium Ion batteries are are ground transport only. Delivery can vary from 2 to 8 business days.  If you'd like to receive your shipment more quickly, ensure that Lithium batteries are purchased on a separate order.

Lithium Ion Battery Policy (International Orders)

We can not ship Lithium Ion batteries outside of the United States. If you're having trouble checking out or receive a message regarding your region, something is your cart is unavailable for shipment to your country. Examples of products that will not ship outside the USA include Lithium Ion Batteries to any country, and Video Transmitting equipment to certain countries including the UK.
